History

TSA Griddle Systems (TSA) is a privately owned business established by Kevin Forrest and family in 1994. Our first project was a Crumpet griddle for Sara Lee Company which produced 12,000 crumpets per hour. Several single-unit projects followed, and our success increased further when Quaker Oats Company asked us to work with them on a large national project for McDonald's. We designed, built, installed and launched production of numerous high-capacity Pancake machines and Batter mixers, supplying pancakes for McDonald's outlets across the United States and Canada, as well as Australia and New Zealand. We continued to expand our industry expertise and branched out further by building machinery for French toast, Blinis, Egg patties, Omelets, and Griddle cakes.

Food products from our griddles can be found in major supermarkets, McDonald's Restaurants, other fast food chains, school lunch programs, military bases and government institutions.

As a global provider, we have built, installed and provided support for our machinery in twelve American states, three Canadian provinces, France and Australia. Many of our customers' factories have several of our high-capacity griddles and batter mixing systems under one roof.

Our headquarters and manufacturing facility is located in Carrollton, Texas, USA. We initially opened in Calgary, Canada in 1994, but relocated to Texas in 2006 in order to better provide services to our U.S. clients, as well as offer centralized access to our international customers.
