Electrical control system
- All our griddles are controlled by a reliable Allen Bradley Controllogix 5000 PLC, Panel view touch screens and Power flex V.F.D.s.
- All griddles have a minimum of 4 servo axis and a maximum of 14 on our biggest combination Pancake - French toast griddle cooker.
- The griddle's electrical control devices are safely stored in an air conditioned wash down rated stainless steel Hoffman enclosure.
- All components, motors, devices and wires are clearly marked.
- Electrical fittings are Thomas & Betts wash down rated with ridged aluminum or stainless steel conduit.
- The preventative maintenance program is onboard the griddle's touch screen which displays diagnostics, recipes and also records up & down time, consumables usage clock and PM clock with completion status.
- All griddles come with a Allen Bradley Controllogix modem for online TSA technical support and firmware upgrades
- All pneumatic controls are encased in wash down rated Hoffman enclosures with stainless steel air tubing with excellent quality Swagelok compression fittings.
