Servo batter depositing system

- The PLC manages the batter weight, piston's fill and discharge speed, acceleration and deceleration all of which can be adjusted on the fly from the operators touch screen.
- All operational control parameters are adjusted from the PLC's touch screen or can be locked out for tamperproof operation.
- Up to 1465 deposits per minute with our continuous motion servo traveling head with pinpoint position control.
- Our depositors are completely removable from the griddle in about 10 seconds. Excellent for cleaning and preventative maintenance.
- No tools needed for easy sanitation disassembly and reassembly. Engraved markings on the depositor's pistons, valves, nozzles, and batter hopper ensure repeatable reassembly.
